BACK TO DOWN UNDER RALLY
General Information

The first round of BACK TO DOWN UNDER RALLY (BTDUR) have been succesfully executed this year of 2012 starting from Tarakan as Entry Point and Exit Point have been taken in 3(three) places according to the needs of the participants which are SORONG, BIAK and TUAL.

This event will be done annually in April - June

Registration Info

Thank you for your interest of joining the Back to Down Under Rally, due to the regulations on sailing in Indonesian Water, we have to ask you for several data that you have to send it to us - please complete the data so we can process your necessary papers.

The following data have to be email to us:

  1. Boat Registration

  2. Certificate of Ownership

  3. Passport Skipper and Crews

  4. Skipper Photo

  5. Crew List

  6. Floating Plan will be provided by us as the passage of the rally

  7. Letter of Appointment - provided by us - just read and signed

  8.  Performa Invoice - regarding boat's present price - provided by us - just fill up and signed

YOUR ENTRY FEE WILL COVER:
1. COST FOR CAIT - Clearance Approval for Indonesian Territory
2. Sponsor Letter for your Visa
3. Handling for C I Q P process at Entry Point
4. Gala Dinner Hosted by the Local Government in all destinations

YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY TO THE COUNTRY FOR (At ENTRY and EXIT Point)
A. Temporary Import Government Income Non - Tax     Rp.175.000,-
B. Sailing Permit                                                       Rp. 25.000,-
C. Certificate of Practique - Health and Quarantine        Rp.120.000,-

All of those above supplied data will be used to apply for CAIT (Clearance Approval for Indonesian Territory) and the process will usually take 30 working days.

We will put in your boat name in the List of Entry on first come first serve basis - and you must supply clear and complete data as mention above to us, you will be listed in the List of Entry after we have your right and complete data.

Notification:

As we have mention that this rally have been in coordination with the Government and the People in each Destination - and they have prepared for your arrival by schedule. So we are strongly recommended you to - please - follow the passage and arrive at the stopping points as scheduled - It would be a great appreciation for us and for the people in all destinations.

IF: 
1. If you are willing to detour from the passage that have been planned - please let us know in advance in each destination before you are detouring.
2. If you are willing to make your own passage just after the Entry Point - please do not apply to join the rally because eventually you are going to do it by your own.


The Organizer of the rally will provide Personal in Charge in every stopping point, to serve and assist you.
